Yearly Updates

Each year, all programs should update the progress made toward their Five Year Goals. These should be based on the goals set during the past Program Review. Please remember that the point of assessment is continuous improvement; even if you are unable to meet your Five Year Goals, the important part of this process is to account for what you were able to do, what prevents you from meeting your goals (if anything), and what steps can be taken to continue improving your program.

To submit your Five Year Goals update, complete the following document and send it to both the Dean of your school and to the Office of Assessment:  Program Review Yearly Update document
