BW FIVE-YEAR PROGRAM REVIEW

BW 5-YEAR PROGRAM REVIEW SCHEDULE AY24-AY29

The 5-year program review is a structured approach to engage program faculty, academic leadership and other key campus stakeholders to highlight and promote academic programs. This is done through evaluation and self-reflection of data and outcomes over the prior five years to identify key areas of success and prioritize areas for development to further advance program quality and student learning at Baldwin Wallace University.

The HLC Open Pathway of Accreditation requires an institution to designate a major improvement effort to undertake during the10-year accreditation cycle as the Quality Initiative Project. Revision of the 5-Year Academic Program Review on our campus has been identified as BW’s Quality Initiative Project. This project includes updating processes, forms, and creating faculty resources to enable academic programs to highlight what they do best, identify areas to expand and improve, and share findings from the programmatic self-reflection to ultimately enhance student learning at BW through the 5 year program review.
