Upcoming Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Teaching Training in Lakewood

The course begins August 2025. Polestar's training, founded by Brent Anderson (PT & Orthopedic Certified Specialist), is based on a scientific foundation of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and motor control, that integrates scientific research findings in the areas of orthopedics, sports medicine and movement science, and is the leading authority in Pilates for rehabilitation. This 450 hr program will include mastery of the Pilates exercises on the full suite of Pilates equipment & mat, techniques for client progress/customization, instruction for private & group settings, understanding the physics of the equipment at a deep level, and how to safely adapt exercises for injuries & special needs. I would be happy to offer a Pilates mat class/workshop at no cost, as well as share information about the training in person. If the program has any meeting times amongst all years of students this may be a nice setting, or I could schedule a few with individual classes.

Please let me know if you have any questions -- Grace Auble pilateswithgracecle@gmail.com. I'm happy to discuss details and schedule phone calls/meetings as well.
