Federal Work-Study (FWS) Community Partnership Program
Through the Federal Work-Study (FWS) Community Partnership Program, the Career Center has posted numerous internship opportunities with local and Cleveland-area nonprofits exclusively for FWS-eligible students. These positions pay $15-17/hour, are open to students across all majors, and many offer hybrid work options.
Sample opportunities include:
- Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority: Research & Program Analysis Intern, Human Resources Intern, Marketing & Communication Intern
- Ronald McDonald House: Family Room Assistant (Fairview Hospital and MetroHealth Medical Center locations)
- Pathway Caring for Children (North Olmsted): Marketing Assistant
- Rec2Connect (Independence): Recreation Therapy Assistant
