With "Finals Week" fast approaching, take advantage of time leading up to your tests, projects, and paper. At this seminar, you will assess any strengths or barriers you experienced in previous tests or papers, learn about preparation strategies for the different types of test questions (essay, multiple choice, true/false, etc.), and implement all of this newfound knowledge into a tangible and efficient "Finals Week Study Plan".

This seminar will cover the following items below:

• Learn how to create a final exam study schedule and organize study materials.
• Learn how to prepare for essay, multiple choice, short answer and true/false questions.
• Assess strengths and weaknesses in past test-taking strategies.
• Learn and incorporate self-care techniques to maintain personal wellbeing during a stressful finals week stretch

Recommended for:

 First-year students who will be experiencing finals week for the first time
 Busy students who need time management tools, especially within their last few weeks (student-athletes, CON students, Theatre students, FSL, RAs, students in organizations, students who also work on the side, etc.)
 Students who need to schedule and designate more out-of-class time to study, especially to prepare for cumulative exams (ACC, BIO, CHM, EGR, ENG, HIS, MTH, NRO, NUR, PHY, PSY, SOC, etc.)
 Students who want help preparing and planning for finals week and feel they would benefit with structure and a game plan
 Anyone who needs assistance breaking down large papers, exam requirements, or projects into bite-sized tasks
 Students who are concerned because their final assignments will determine their grade in the course.
