BW’s Employee Engagement Task Force was started by Human Resources in spring 2023 following a campus-wide employee engagement survey. Initial work of this Task Force included reviewing results of the survey and drafting an action plan to leverage what is working well and to address areas of opportunity for positive change. With the goal of ensuring that BW is an exceptional place to work, the Task Force meets monthly and is open to all employees.
