988 Crisis Line

The 988 Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the United States.

BWell Lunches

We invite faculty and staff to join us on Fridays for lunch at the dining room. BW Wellness will subsidize the discounted lunch so you can join us for $5! Arrive anytime between 11:30am and 1:30pm to meet up in the Union.

Employee Mind Spa

Our self-directed, do-it-yourself Employee Mind Spa is an ideal way to relax and take time out of your day to decrease stress.

Meditation Mondays

Every Monday, from 3-3:15pm via Zoom. Start each week to top off your inner resources. Staying engaged can be difficult when your inner peace is running low.

The Cleveland Metroparks are just steps away from campus and can offer a space to connect with nature, be active, and refresh and destress from your workday.

Wellness Walk

Step outside your building on south campus and look for the “Stinger” arrows to direct your way. Take a quick break during the day to walk away your worries and refocus your energy.
