About Us

Group Fitness Classes are offered for FREE to all Baldwin Wallace University Students, Faculty and Staff. Classes are taught on a drop in basis. Please see the calendar for class times and locations. We offer Pilates, Yoga, Boot Camp, Conditioning, Water Aerobics, Indoor Cycling, Core Training, Zumba and Insanity. ​ Classes are taught to all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced. Our knowledgeable and professional staff are well trained in their areas and have CPR certification.
