About Us
Group Fitness Classes are offered for FREE to all Baldwin Wallace University Students, Faculty and Staff. Classes are taught on a drop in basis. Please see the calendar for class times and locations. We offer Pilates, Yoga, Boot Camp, Conditioning, Water Aerobics, Indoor Cycling, Core Training, Zumba and Insanity. Classes are taught to all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced. Our knowledgeable and professional staff are well trained in their areas and have CPR certification.
