Human Resources takes a leadership role on the BW campus in providing services and support that promotes the concept that our employees are our most valuable resource and will be treated as such. HR also works to create an environment on campus that values diversity in the workplace and in the classroom. These and other services are provided to all employees in a personal, professional, respectful, and confidential manner. In our unique role with employees and management, HR works ultimately to support the mission of the college. HR aspires to lead in the development and improvement of a comprehensive system of human resources practices designed to attract and retain well-qualified and diverse faculty and staff who will provide BW's students with a high-quality educational experience.
