Important Update: Changes to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Dear Baldwin Wallace Community,

Microsoft is changing the multifactor authenticator (MFA) process to enhance account security. Please note the following.

Installation of an Authenticator App: For those who do not currently utilize an Authenticator app, you MUST utilize one of the following options on your mobile phone:

• Microsoft Authenticator app
• Authenticator built into the Outlook app
