Thank you for supporting our student presenters at Ovation 2026!  This year, the Ovation Committee has Increased Ovation project mentorship expectations.  These expectations include:

  • Mentors will meet with student presenters throughout the research/creative process and provide oversight of research, content, and submitted material. Faculty are expected to provide presentation guidance and practice prior to Ovation in order to raise the quality of presentations and to truly showcase BW’s best.

Presentation definitions include two broad groups of presentations that could be oral or poster presentations.  Rubrics for each project categories are being used to share expectations of quality work and for mentors to use in evaluating student projects prior to final submissions.
