Beginning in the 2025–26 academic year, all incoming (first-year and transfer) Choose Ohio First (COF) STEM Scholars are required to actively participate in at least one approved STEM-related student organization (noted below).
Our aim is to connect our new COF STEM Scholar students to STEM-related organizations that foster belonging within the greater BW STEM community and provide our COF Scholars with essential skills.

If you’re interested in a STEM-related organization not on the approved list, please reach out to the STEM Scholars Program staff.
