How do I add or change a meal plan?

How do I order a parking permit?
To order a parking permit, please visit https://bw.thepermitstore.com/. You will need to log in with your BW credentials and know your current vehicle information (make, model, color, and year of vehicle).
How do I obtain a temporary parking permit?
To obtain a temporary parking permit, please complete the Temporary Parking Permit Student or Employee request on Forms Central (Etrieve) found online by logging onto Jacket Connect and navigating to Campus Applications > Forms Central > Parking.
How do students submit a work order for their room? (E.G., A burnt out lightbulb)
Depending on the issue a student is experiencing, either BW Buildings and Grounds or Aramark will respond to the work order request. To submit a work order, students can inform a residence life staff member in their building or contact our office at (440) 826-2114 or reslife@bw.edu.
In case of an emergency that requires immediate attention after hours (flooding in a bathroom, a broken window, etc.), contact BW Safety & Security at (440) 826-2000.
Who do I contact if there's an issue with an elevator?
BW's Buildings & Grounds performs preventive maintenance on all elevators on campus. For service disruptions during normal business hours, call 440-826-2233. For after hours, contact BW Safety & Security at 440-826-2000.
How do I get mail?
The BW Mail Center receives student mail and packages, distributing mail every weekday to students' secured mailboxes in their residence halls. Packages are kept in the mail center in Bonds Hall for pick-up. Students are notified by email when a package is received. Outgoing mail pick-up is also available to students.
Where can I find commencement information?
Commencement information is posted online at https://www.bw.edu/commencement/.
Where can I find information about snow removal on campus?
Building & Grounds oversees snow and ice removal across campus. The Snow Removal Map outlines priority routes and includes important notes about how snow removal is handled during winter weather events.

Who should I contact if I need the snow cleared around my vehicle?
During business hours, students may borrow a shovel from the Residence Life Office in Bonds Hall, Room 110. The office can be reached at 440-826-2114.
After business hours, students should contact their Residence Assistant (RA) to borrow a shovel assigned to their residence hall.
