The Ratcliffe Growth Practice (RGP) is a professionally led, student-supported consulting program. Students research markets and customers, analyze information, and turn what they learn into practical recommendations for real clients.
You do not need to be interested in a consulting career to participate. The skills you develop—analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, project management, and professional presence—are transferable to any career path.
The RGP Associate Consultant Program is a paid, 10-week training experience designed to onboard students to both the consulting process and the Ratcliffe Growth Practice.
The Ratcliffe Innovation Consultant Programs are powered by the Philip E. & Carole R. Ratcliffe Foundation. The programs include the Ratcliffe Growth Practice and the Digital Marketing Center. Both are built to give students meaningful professional work experience and networking opportunities while still on campus.
