RGP Associate Consultant Training Program

Applications for Fall, 2026 will open Monday, April 13, 2026

The RGP Associate Consultant Program is a paid, 10-week training experience designed to onboard students to both the consulting process and the Ratcliffe Growth Practice. After successful completion students can continue working on future projects with the Ratcliffe Growth Practice throughout their time at BW.

How It Works

Hours, Location, & Pay

Time Commitment
Students will be required to work 6-8 hours/week to attend the training program and work on a client project.

Work Location
Student are required to attend a weekly 1.5 hour training program in person, with the remaining hours schedule onsite or remote with the project team.

Pay
$15.00/hr. Upon completion of the training program students can work on future projects throughout their time at BW.

Experiential Learning
Participation can meet the EXP Only Intern requirements.

Week 4: Secondary Research
Week 5: Research Continued/Client Meeting
Week 6: Voice of the Customer (VoC) Research
Week 7: Conduct Voice of the Customer Interviews
Week 8: Data Analysis & Recommendations
Week 9: Presentation Training
Week 10: Client Presentation & Program Close

Qualifications & Requirements

Sophomore and/or Junior status
All majors welcome
3.0 GPA or above
Faculty, staff, or employer reference
Ability to work 6-8 hours per week on campus
Interest in innovation, research, data analysis, and a willingness to learn
Strong organizational skills and a creative, problem-solving mindset
Excellent written/verbal skills, including some experience in creating and delivering presentations
