Reservations should be made two weeks in advance to allow for scheduling as the SAC is managed and worked by BW student staff.
The C.O.W. is a great venue for small gatherings. Come and make s'mores while gathering around a toasty fire. The COW is situated between the Union and the SAC, and reservable 7 days a week through the Union Welcome Desk. All bonfire supplies will be supplied to registered group on the day of your event. The SAC, located at 96 Beech Street, is one of the main programming facilities on campus. Campus movies, parties, lectures, comedy acts, and dances are regularly scheduled in this facility. It features a sound system capable of playing CDs, iPod/mp3 hookups, microphones and both stage and dance lighting. There is also an oversized screen and projector with an in-room computer or the ability to bring your own laptop.
