Obtaining Service

BW Health Services in Collaboration with Southwest General Medical Group.

All students enrolled in at least one class are eligible for services. Please bring your ID and health insurance card to your visit. To facilitate provision of care, it is helpful to have background medical history information and immunization records on first-time visitors.

BW Student Health Center Hours and Services

Mon-Thurs: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 
Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

After-Hour Emergencies
For after-hour emergencies, call 911 or go to Southwest General Health Center at 18697 Bagley Rd., Middleburg Heights, OH 44130.

You may walk in or make an appointment with our Nurse Practitioner by calling 440-826-2178.

Please bring a photo ID and your insurance card with you.

BASIC SERVICES:

Clinic care is provided by Linda Florian MSN, APRN, FNP-C. Appointments are preferred and can be made by calling (440) 826-2178.

Students can be seen for:

  • Evaluation and treatment of illnesses (covid, flu, strep testing on site)
  • Injuries
  • Referrals when indicated
  • Certain lab tests
  • Gynecological and contraceptive services
  • Evaluation and treatment of sexually transmitted infections
  • Immunizations
  • Allergy injection.
