This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process, ensuring your ID is in your device's wallet. Having your ID ready is essential for accessing campus buildings, residence halls and paying for meals, so be sure to follow the instructions carefully.
On your mobile device, search the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store for the GET Mobile App.
Once the GET Mobile App is finished downloading on your device.
Locate the GET Mobile App on your device and launch it.
Once the GET Mobile App launches, tap the SEARCH ALL INSTITUTIONS button located at the bottom of the get connection window.
In the search box, begin typing Baldwin Wallace University.
Touch Baldwin Wallace University when it appears in the search results.
Enter your BW Email Address in the Username field.
Enter your BW Password in the Password field.
Click Sign in.
Microsoft Authenticator: Approve your account sign-in using Microsoft Authenticator and enter the verification number displayed on the screen into the app
Text Verification: Enter the text verification code that was sent to your mobile device.
Click the TURN ON FACE ID button if you would like to sign in to the GET Mobile App with your face.
If you would rather not sign in to the GET Mobile App using your face, click the I'LL DO IT LATER button.
If biometric (Face ID, Fingerprint) sign-in is not available, a 4-digit PIN can be used to sign in to the GET Mobile App.
Set your 4-digit PIN to sign in to the GET Mobile App.
NOTE: Remember the PIN. You will not be able to sign in to the GET Mobile App if the biometric sign-in fails.
Notifications regarding account low balances or no funds can be sent directly to your GET Mobile App.
Location services must be enabled to verify your taps/swipes with your ID.
Once you have successfully signed in to the GET Mobiel App, add your BW ID to your device's wallet app.
Tap the Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet to begin adding your BW ID to your wallet.
Follow the instructions provided by your device for adding the GET Mobile BW ID to the wallet.
Read through the terms and conditions listed by GET Mobile and your device's manufacturer.
Tap Agree after reading to continue.
