Take the BW New Student Survey

All first-year BW students take this survey upon entering the University.

This brief survey (10-20 minutes) helps incoming first-year students reflect on their goals for college and beyond. Results are used by BW faculty and staff to better understand each student’s strengths and needs, connecting them with relevant campus resources. You are expected to complete the survey by August 8, 2025.

Sign Up for Instrumental Ensemble Auditions

Instrumental ensemble auditions are required for all Conservatory students; and are additionally open to any student who wishes to audition for:
• Baldwin Wallace Symphony Orchestra
• Baldwin Wallace Symphonic Wind Ensemble
• Baldwin Wallace Symphonic Band

Thoroughly review all details in this important document BEFORE signing up for an audition time:
2025-2026 Conservatory Instrumental Auditions Document

When signing up for an audition, please note:
• Select only ONE audition time and use the earliest times first, avoiding gaps between signups unless absolutely necessary.
• Ensure that you sign up for a time specific for your instrument, and follow the correct location listed in SignUpGenius.
• Audition locations listed as TBD will be decided upon later this summer and emailed out no later than one week before auditions.
• Be careful and intentional when signing up in SignUpGenius — because manual edits to any times cannot be done until the week of August 4.
