Download the GET Mobile App and prepare your BW Mobile Student ID
Beginning July 1: submit photo for your Mobile Student ID. Review photo guidelines and add your Mobile Student ID to your wallet.
Complete prior to attending Orientation. You will get a chance to "test" your ID at Orientation Check-In.

Financial Aid Virtual Sessions
A requirement for ALL new students and families, these informational sessions will be available in June.
Notifications will be sent to your BW email when the virtual sessions become available.
This course materials affordability program aims to ensure students arrive to class prepared, do not need to stress about obtaining their required materials, and receive affordable prices.
WOW takes place the weekend prior to the start of classes and is the perfect opportunity to meet with faculty and classmates, as well as discover the many opportunities our campus has to offer. There are also many social events to help you meet new people and have fun!
** Some WOW events are required for ALL first-year students. **
Participation is recommended for on-campus transfer students and for those under the age of 24.
Weekend of Welcome 2026 is August 21-23.
Jacket Link (Leadership, Inclusion, Networking and Knowledge) is a program designed to provide incoming first-year and transfer students with the necessary tools and resources needed to jumpstart their experience at BW.
Jacket Link will be included within WOW and run through the first week of classes.
Complete Required Training
An individual link will be sent to your BW email the week of August 17. Please check your BW email after that date.
Complete your training by August 31.
Complete New Student Survey
This brief survey (10-20 minutes) helps incoming first-year students reflect on goals for college and beyond. Results are used by faculty and staff to better understand each student’s strengths and needs, connecting them with relevant campus resources.
Following participation in Orientation, students will receive an individualized survey link through BW email.
Complete the survey by August 7.

Get Your Parking Pass
Available August 1.
All students with a vehicle on campus - once registered for classes - are required to purchase a parking pass and register their vehicle(s) with Parking Services.

Every semester, students receive a notification to update their information. ALL students must complete the items on this checklist to avoid holds on their registration.
If you've missed any items, make sure they're done before classes begin!
