Alternative Testing

Student Resources

What?

The Alternative Testing room provides students who have active an Letter of Accommodation (LOA) from the Office of Accessible Education (OAE) with a reduced distraction environment to complete quizzes and exams.

Where?

The Alternative Testing room is located on the top floor of Ritter Library. Students check in at the CASA reception desk upon arrival.

How?

Students register with the Office of Accessible Education (OAE) to get an active Letter of Accommodation (LOA) to use Alternative Testing.

Students should speak with their instructors to discuss the class expectations and decide on the accommodations they plan to use. Then they will request their accommodations for each class through AIM.

Students can submit requests to take exams in the Alternative Testing room once their instructors complete the testing forms linked at the bottom of their LOA.

How do I schedule a test?
