1. Participants must be enrolled at BW during the semester of the competition. If the winner has graduated, they will be invited back to campus the following academic year for the performance.
2. Participants must be in good academic standing, as defined in Section IV of the University Catalog.
3. Previous winners of the competition are not eligible.
1. It is the student's responsibility to see that this form, completed and with all required signatures, is received in the Office of the Dean by OCTOBER 10, 2025
2. It is also the responsibility of the student finalists to see that at least two original scores for judges (piano scores are preferable) are delivered to the Office of the Dean by the end of the day on the Tuesday before the final competition
