Residence Hall Close on Friday May 3 at 9pm.  If you need to stay in your room past this date and time, please read the following two options and follow the instructions for the one that applies to you.

Do you need an extension until Saturday, May 4, at 7:00pm?

This option is for graduating seniors, siblings of a graduating seniors, commencement ushers/performers, students who have a flight on Saturday, or students who just don't have a ride home until Saturday.  If you will be leaving on Saturday, May 4 by 7:00pm, please complete the Extended Stay Form at bw.erezlife.com under "forms". The extended stay form is due Thursday April 21st. Student approved for extended stay MUST CHECK OUT NO LATER THAN SATURDAY MAY 4th at 7PM.  If you need to stay past 7:00pm on May 4th for any reason, you must complete a summer housing application.  Please note that staying into the summer housing time frame will include charges for summer housing, which is billed at a weekly rate.

Do you need to stay beyond Saturday, May 4, at 9:00pm for ANY reason?

This option is primarily for students staying for and moving to summer housing, but also applies to any student who needs to remain on campus past Saturday, May 4 at 7:00pm.  If this applies to you, please complete the Summer Housing Application at bw.erezlife.com under "housing overview".  All students who apply for summer housing will be required to move from their spring housing assignment to summer housing on Thursday May 9th. You can remain in your current hall until that time. Summer housing is only available for students taking BW summer classes or students who are registered for Fall 2024 BW classes. Please complete a summer housing application no later than April 21 - applications received after this date are not guaranteed to be able to stay beyond May 3.
