Rooms are offered as double or single occupancy, with shared bathrooms located on each floor. Every hall includes lobby gathering spaces and a community kitchen for residents to enjoy.

Suite-Style

Suite-style housing offers more private restrooms and shared living spaces within each suite. Halls include Davidson Commons, Carmel, and Front Street Residence Hall. Each building also features community kitchens and gathering spaces for residents to enjoy.

Double Occupancy: $35/night/person (Front Street & Davidson Commons)

Single Occupancy: $45/night/person (Carmel)

Apartment

Apartment units in Berea Townhouses are available for long-term summer stays, making them perfect for summer interns. These campus apartments are offered from June 1 through August 1 and include all utilities. Each unit features one or two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and family room area. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor and included in the lease.
