Winter Break Application

Students who need to stay after 7pm on Friday December 13 for any reason must complete a winter break  application. This includes athletes and graduating seniors!

Halls re-open Sunday January 12 at 10am. If you need to arrive to campus early for any reason, you must complete a winter break application

Apartment residents are permitted to stay at no additional charge but a winter break application is still required.

Graduating?

Complete these 4 Steps:

1. Pack up all personal belongings and take any trash to dumpster.

2. Clean room to the best of your ability.

3. Turn in keys to Residence Life & Housing in Bonds Hall Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm or Friday 8:30am-3pm. If you need to leave outside of these hours, make arrangements with RA to turn in keys. Graduating seniors leaving on December 14 by 7pm can leave keys on desk. If you plan to stay until December 14, complete a winter break application at bw.erezlife.com. If you check out by 7pm on December 14 there will be no charge.

4. Complete checkout confirmation form at bw.erezlife.com

**Failure to follow checkout instructions may result in improper checkout fee**

Leaving BW?

Complete these 4 Steps:
