Staying connected through your BW email is essential for receiving important university updates, class information, and campus communications.
IMPORTANT: Your BW email address is a newly created account provided by Microsoft. It is not a Google Gmail account and cannot be accessed through Gmail. To check your BW email, please visit email.bw.edu.
Launch an internet browser on your device (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
Enter email.bw.edu in the address bar of your internet browser, then press Enter or Go.
Enter your BW Email Address in the Username field.
Enter your BW Password in the Password field.
Click Sign in.
Microsoft Authenticator: Approve your account sign in using the Microsoft Authenticator App and enter the number displayed on the screen into the app
Text Code: Enter the text code that was sent to your mobile device.
All communications sent to your BW Email Address will be delivered to your inbox.
