We're excited to have you join our BW community!. To access all of BW’s online resources, including email, MyRecords, MyAccount, and Microsoft Office, you must first set up your BW password.
Watch this video to learn the process of creating your BW Password.
Launch an internet browser on your device (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
Enter mypassword.bw.edu in the address bar of your internet browser, then press Enter or Go.
Enter your BW Email Address in the Email or Username field.
IMPORTANT: Your BW Email Address was provided in a letter from the Baldwin Wallace University Admissions Department.
Enter the captcha code characters in the field provided.
Click Next.
Click the I forgot my password option, if not already selected.
Click Next.
When submitting your application to Baldwin Wallace University, you provided a mobile phone number for communications. That number will be used to receive a code for verification purposes.
Enter that mobile phone number in the Enter your phone number field.
HINT: The last 2 digits of the phone number will be visible in the paragraph above the Enter your phone number field.
Click Text
Your mobile device should have received a text verification code.
Enter the code in the Enter your verification code field.
Click Next.
After you have successfully entered the verification code, you can now create your Baldwin Wallace University Account Password.
Type your new BW Password in the Enter new password field.
Re-type your new BW Password in the Confirm new password field.
IMPORTANT: Your new BW Password must contain a minimum of 10 characters in any combination that includes: capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, and special characters (!,@,#,$,%,^,&,*)
Your BW Password cannot contain any port of your name or username, as well.
Click Finish.
